In my many roles I have become an expert communicator and advocate with an inherent ability to manage all types of personalities, defuse stressful situations, proactively resolve ongoing issues, meet deadlines, and achieve monthly/yearly goals.  I proactively develop, streamline, and energize projects, programs, and other disciplines to enhance the social educational, and psychological characteristics of students, parents, educators, other social workers, and the public.
